中金笔试 作者: nancydu 五点二十，正准备去吃饭，临走前确认一下时间地点，却发现，它让我提早30分钟到。 于是吃了一只苹果就出发了。赶到6206，发现还真到了不少人，但是我至今没搞懂为什么要提前这半小时——五点五十五分到的人不也一样有地方坐吗。那位负责签到的小姐很客气地来问我姓名和申请的部门，我告诉她是投资银行部，她查了查，却告诉我，让我来面试的是FC部门（貌似财务啥的），我无语。 六点零二分正式开始，发卷子时才意识到原来FC的卷子和其他人的不一样，FC的对象， 就我认识的而言，完全包括了那里的本科生。扫了一眼卷子，很出乎意料地发现了段落 填充、句子填充和久违的完型填空。。。。我顿时明白了，在这里看到的题型是研究生试卷的，和我的卷子totally different.... 反正也没啥准备，随便做吧。前两段阅读比较长，问题多，但几乎是一题对应一段，不难做，除了个别题；第三段短些，才俩问题。然后就是郁闷的段落填空，第1、3、5、7、9、11、13、15段给出，七段双数段被打乱了放在后面，还多了一段冒充的，就更郁闷 了。。。。后一题是句子填空，也是七句句子空着，给你八句可以选。。。然后就是两段完型填空，那做的叫一顺手啊！——看来我真的还是个应试教育的产物啊！接着是一段让你直接填词的完型，简单；最后的客观题是让你找错——以行为单位，把多余的词 直接写出来——也有可能没多余的词。。。。 主观题的title就是Accounting，我就开始祈祷了。一共四题，第一题是做一个现金流量表和一个资产负债表，第二题是让你讲述金融机构面临的、特别是在security purchasing时的主要风险是什么，第三题，讲述所列出的六种管理企业现金帐户之措施的作用，最后一题是举一个你所感兴趣的会计方面的话题并且展开分析一下。。。。 监考的jj蛮好的，看到我纸快用完了还主动给我一张，最后还延长了十分钟，虽然我一点做题的心情都没了。。。

S, 整张卷子都是英语，都要求用英语完成的。

荷兰银行 作者：殊非 上海荷兰银行assessment centre面经刚刚搞完,飞机上闲的没事,写点面经,攒点rp。误打误撞进入荷兰银行中国分公司graduate development programme的final assessment centre。 这次是荷兰银行第一次在greater china招graduates,刚刚获得QFII资格的他们这次准备招的人还不少,up to 20,一面二面分别在三个地区举行,北京,上海,深圳,final在上海中国分公司总部金贸大厦28层举行。由于没有在大陆招人的经验,这次graduate development grogramme的招聘是外包给chinahr做的,但是组织却相当混乱,我甚至怀疑我是不是因为混乱才侥幸通过简历关的。北京大概有80人参加笔试,最后去上海的大概只有2~3人,绝大多数final candidates都是来自复旦交大的上海本土选手。闲话少叙，进入正题。 　　 9月12日下午来到上海,休息了一下,准备第二天的assessment centre。这次一共有30来人被选去做assessment,分三天,我是在第二天。今天和我一起参加final的大概有2个来自复旦的,3个来自上海交大的,1个来自上海财大,1个来自清大,还有1个从美国回来的,然后就是我。有些有1年左右的工作经验,不过大多是fresh graduate。assessment分4个部分,self-introduction, general questions, reasoning question and case study。 　　 第一部分略过。 　　第二部分就是跟普通面试一样,根据你的简历问你一些问题,也乏善可陈,不过值得一提的是面我的那位面试官很nice,基本上就在和我闲聊,问问我做股票的情况,他自己本身就是做投行的,我们聊股票聊得很投机,还有5分钟结束的时候他开始给我支招,告诉我某某是关键人物,只要过了他这关基本上就没问题,真的很好。另外又说道,实际上他们投行基本上不从graduate development programme要人,主要是商业银行要人,所以立志去投行的人可以不用考虑荷兰银行的graduate development grogramme了。 　　 第三部分就是给你一些让你give as many relating points as u can,学过corporate strategy的同学,用porter\'s five forces, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, 4 Ps theory这些最基本的理论就能很容易的找到思路。 最痛苦的是第四部分,case study,首先给你一个大概20多页的case，让你在90分钟内写一个类似notes的东西,然后photocopy一下,你自己留一份,给assessor一份,然后给assessor单独做presentation,最后group discussion on this case。案例大概是讲英国的food retailer排第五的一个公司(sigh,这么快就把公司名字给忘了)想aquire一个公司来提高自己的market share,给了3个candidate companies,让你搞一个note,说选哪个合适。90分钟的时间实在太短了,我又没有手表(一直用手机看时间,烧包啊),才写到第二个criteria咱们和蔼的外国阿姨就说还有15分钟了,赶快加速,把原来准备写7个的criteria缩减到6个,虎头蛇尾,唉。中午休息一段时间之后,做presentation。不知道是吃了饭脑子短路了还是怎么了,英语说的结结巴巴的,自己也怪紧张的,好在自己的分析还比较有见解(assessor说的),方法也很独特,说得巨烂assessor也说I\'m really impressed by your scientific approach。实际上我就是用了一个scale,找了些自己认为重要的criteria然后给出不同的权重,然后自己想当然的打分。搞完了这些,最后一项就是group discussion,大家就刚才的那个case进行讨论,然后come up with a final agreement。我牢记版上精华区里前辈们的教导,讲话要有条理,简洁切中要害,发言不一定要频繁,自我感觉还良好,算是发挥了自己的水平。 　　一天的assessment centre就这样结束了,我们将在2周之内被通知。感觉荷兰银行的人还是很nice的,assessment也比四大的轻松很多,我也就凄凄凉凉地背着电脑,逛了逛陆家嘴(13年没来上海了),慢悠悠的坐车到浦东机场,回来了。
